Dear guests, to ensure the safety and comfort of the house guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

Room check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is until 11 a.m.

Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.

CountryFlat has no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception.

CountryFlat is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of 100 EUR according to the local law.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available in the entire hotel. Password is provided in the flat

Guests may have visitors in their rooms. Visits are allowed until 9 p.m. It is not allowed to take out from the flat inventory (pillows, blankets, towels).

There is a small stock of The & Coffee is complementary—to ensure you can have a cup of coffee upon your arrival. The stock will not be refilled during your stay.

There is a small minibar in the fridge. Price per unit: 1.00 euro. Please put the payment in the metal box in the fridge. If you want us to refill the minibar during your stay, please contact us.
